Learning to trade even if you don’t go on to risk real money is an education that more people could benefit from. It will teach you things such as risk and what it means to accept it. It will teach you how to analyze markets technically, which can be applied to identify the beginning, continuation and exhaustion points of trends in various markets. Moreover, it will teach you about yourself and the disciplines required to achieve success in whatever you go after.

Level, Community, & Activity Badges
We’ve laid out the path you will take from learning to practicing to ultimately trading real capital on a Crush Pro Team. You will know exactly where you are in the process, and what you need to do in order to stay on the right track and make consistent progress towards achieving your goals. We have broken these goals down into levels, and you are awarded a digital badge for each level you reach as you progress from Newbie to Master Trader.
As you complete various activities you will earn the community badges required for each level. Some activities can only be completed once while others can be completed many times. You will earn points as part of the Crush Rewards Program so be diligent and submit them all. More on this later in the course.
You can access all of your badges through the top menu Levels, through the side menu My Badges, and through Achievements located in the menu bar below your profile image. You can switch between the Level, Community and Activity Badges through the links displayed.
Also, You can visit your friend’s profile and see their achievements, as well as some different stats presented in our friendly Leaderboard accessible through the side menu.
Level Description
Newbie
Everyone who joins Crush Pro Trading starts out as a newbie. It doesn’t matter whether you are a complete beginner or have been trading for years. Of course having knowledge and experience will help you move up the ranks quicker unless there are bad habits which you must unlearn before real progress can be achieved.
Beginner
After you have completed “Getting Started” and joined a Crush Pro Team, you will level up to Beginner once you have done the activities required to receive your community badge “Participator”. Basically, as a beginner you will be completing your training and practice trading.
Novice
When you have completed the requirements for Demo Trading, you graduate to the level of Novice once you have gone live and also completed the activities to achieve the community badge “Trader”. In order to get this badge you will need to be profitable for 1 month with a live account, and be voted “Trader of the Month” at least once by your teammates.
Advanced
You will graduate to the Advanced Level once you have achieved 4 profitable months, not necessarily in a row, and you have received the community badge “Mentor”. To get this badge you will need to support your teammates in various ways, and you will be surprised how often it will help you as much if not more with your own journey!
Master Trader
Achieve the level of Master Trader and you have arrived at the highest level in Crush Pro Trading. You now have the ability to work wherever you like or trade for yourself as an independent profitable trader, and we will gladly stand behind you! To reach this top level, you will be certified as a technical analyst by completing our course “Trading Through Technical Analysis”, and you are profitable for at least 1 year. You have gone beyond the minimums to receive all 5 community badges (Participator, Trader, Mentor, Supporter, Communicator) and gained the approval of all Crush Pro Team Leaders.

We have set up Crush Pro Trading for our members to work in teams because we believe the problem is a psychological one, and through accountability with your teammates, this is the best way to learn discipline, consistency and what is correct by sharing your experiences (both greatness and failures) openly with each other. You do the work and our goal is not to leave anyone behind. It isn’t you against me rather it is us against them!
The industry will have you believing that each trader must develop their own strategy, whether it is indicator based or focused solely on price action. Jack Schwager, through his great interviews with successful traders showcases different traders focusing on very different approaches to trading with the key component being Money Management. We aren’t saying that you shouldn’t develop your own strategy, but it will be a much easier task once you have become a Master Trader and understand what it takes to be successful. Our approach is more along the lines of what Richard Dennis and William Eckhardt did with the Turtle Traders. We know trading can be learnt and any number of strategies are successful when traded correctly. Within each strategy there is flexibility for each trader to apply his own belief and risk tolerance.
